Great, kind and helpful staff. I would recommend this motel for sure. It’s very comfortable too! The location is perfect. Close to shopping, downtown and Marco Island. The grounds are kept well and the cleaning staff is excellent! Thank you so much!

It was a quaint lil motel. The owner was kind enough to accommodate our late check in. The room smelled clean and was made up nicely. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, a place to hang our clothes with hangers. It had a sitting area outside of each room for smokers or just to sit outside and relax. Even though it was off a main street, it was very quiet and very little traffic noise. It was centrally located near river walk and bay front and the beach.

+ with rental car only 15min to Tin City for free parking to go to the marvelous beach + really kind staff + my only motel within six weeks that offered me a nice smoking spot directly in front of our door + beauty items 😊

The price is great for the area and although the hotel is older it's been really decent shape and is well maintained.

Exceptional! I truly enjoyed my stay in Conty's Motel, I recommend it 100% , customer service is excellent and the swimming pool, always clean and inviting, same as the entire property. Thank you so much!!!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is a plus. The housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed the cleaning lady I never got her name but she was always so nice and greeted me with a smile! I never got bothered by anyone it was a really great experience!
